+ What is the Onboarding Fee for?

Every new partnership between SuperVA and their clients is a commitment. The Onboarding Fee will help us demonstrate our commitment to you by walking through all your requirements and learning how your business works so we can help you better.

It will also allow us to tailor a system for you and your VA to work more effectively together, and that includes training them to use your preferred tools, if necessary.

Proper onboarding is an investment of time and resources that help you and your VA succeed in the long run.

+ Is it a one-time fee?

Yes, it is a one-time fee for each client. 

+ How do we get billed?

VA wages are billed monthly in advance. They are deducted on the due date each month from your nominated credit or debit card account, via Stripe*.

Your first monthly payment falls due as soon as you agree to the Terms & Conditions of the Service Agreement on our order page, via any electronic contract, via manual paper-based signing or via any dynamic proposal with payment options included.

+ Are there other payment options?

Yes. If you prepay the VA wages for the duration of your contract (i.e. 3 months or 12 months), you will get an additional 5% discount. 

You also have the option to pay via bank transfer to our nominated bank accounts. Please contact us at [email protected] for details.

+ Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

If you upgrade your ZAP! or BOOM! subscription to KAPOW! before the end of the 3-month period, 50% of your onboarding fee will be credited to your account to cover subsequent VA wages.

The 12-month subscription cannot be downgraded. Contact us at [email protected] so we can offer alternative solutions.

+ What other fees should I expect to pay?

Your SuperVA subscription does not cover any software licenses required for your organizational tools (e.g. additional seats for Asana, Slack, Google Workspace, etc.)

If your assigned Super VA proves to be a poor fit for any reason, we will replace that VA and onboard a new one without charge.

Your Super VA’s daily activities, performance, and attendance will be closely monitored by their respective managers. We will inspect what you expect.

Your Super VA will receive additional training where necessary to enhance their skills and be a better fit with your evolving needs.
